When I'm not at work, I'm running around after my two boys being the "football mum". Growing up on a farm, I've always enjoyed all things animals and the outdoors. My favourite part of the job is definitely interacting with the amazing people I have met on social media and building a great relationship up with our customers and suppliers. The worst part of the job has to be the lack of heating and the lack financial support to buy a heater from the accounts department AKA mother. My favourite animal has to be a horse! 🐴

Hey, I’m Hannah, I'm 24 years old and I’ve been at Phoenix for 4 years now (too long 😂). When I’m not at work, I love horse riding, getting stuck into crafting or art projects and heading out for a good walk.

The best part of my job is there’s always something fun happening (I never know what ideas are going to come out of Korrine's head) The worst part is 100% the freezing warehouse in winter ❄️. My favourite animal is definitely a horse! 🐴

Hi, I'm Dee, I’ve been grooming for 5 years now and 3 of those have been with Phoenix. My favourite part of my job is it's very rewarding especially working with more problematic dogs. My least favourite part of the job is obviously when working with more reactive dogs the risk of getting bitten is higher! And I’ve had a fair few!

When I'm not grooming I love going to the gym as I’m training to compete in a couple of years. I also have just started learning to play golf! Love reading and going on a nice walk too when I can find the time. It would be biased if I said dogs, so my next favourite animal is sloths! 🦥

So I might not be around much but I'm always in the background supporting my sister in all things admin/business decisions and keeping the peace the best I can between Korrine & Mother. I have two boys & 1 girl that love, swimming, footbll & golf. I work in logistics for a fashion retailer.

Hi I'm Chris, retired all be it, I work at the warehouse everyday packing your dog treats. I cover all the admin work and finance of the business (someone has to control the purse strings). In my spare time, I love walking with Mira and the local walking club.

I've worked at Phoenix now for over 15 years, I still don't know the price of anything, I don't know how to work the till however I've always got a smile for our customers and there with a helping hand. I love anything that gets me out the house, love a good car boot! Can't beat a £2 gillet. I love looking after my chickens & pigeons 🐓
