Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder—or contact us to confirm.

Returns are accepted within 30 days if items are unused and in original condition with all packaging. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded. Please see our returns policy for more information.

We can change or cancel orders for you within 24 hours of the order, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.

Store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight ideally an airtight container to maintain freshness.

We ship all orders via Royal Mail 48 Tracked, which typically delivers within 2–3 business days.
Orders placed before 12pm (Monday–Saturday)are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next working day.
Please note: We do not ship on Sundays.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, shipping costs start from £2.99

A full groom consists of a bath, dry, cut/style/de-shed, modesty trim, nail clip and ear clean.
