Please note: Subscription orders must total £25 or more to qualify for free shipping on all future deliveries. Orders under £25 may be cancelled and you’ll receive an email confirmation if this happens.

How to set up a subscription 🐾

  • Step 1

    Find the product you want to subscribe to

    Browse our shop and open the product page for the item you want. On many products you’ll see a Delivery Frequency/Subscription option (e.g. Weekly, 2-Weekly, 3-Weekly, Monthly, 2-Monthly).

  • Step 2

    Add the subscription to your cart

    Once you’ve selected the frequency and quantity, click Add to cart. The product will be treated as a recurring purchase. The product page makes this clear when you add a recurring item.

  • Step 3

    Checkout and Pay

    Proceed to checkout and pay as normal. We support a range of secure payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, etc.) so you can choose whichever works for you. Your payment method will be charged automatically on the schedule for that subscription. After checkout you’ll receive order confirmation emails for your subscription and for each recurring delivery - keep these for your records.

  • Step 4

    Manage you subscription

    Once your order has been placed you will be able to manage, skip, add products or cancel your subscription through your account. Your subscription order will show in the orders section of your account.

  • Step 5

    Add or remove products

    To add or remove products you will need to go into the manage subscription part in your account and then click onto the order you want to change. You will then see the options to add or remove products to your subscription.

  • Step 6

    Sit back and relax

    Once your subscription is set up, there’s nothing more to do - just sit back and relax! Your pet essentials will arrive automatically, right when you need them. No more last-minute trips or running out of supplies - we’ve got you covered!
