We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, here's how we can help:

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition
  • Include all original packaging and labeling
  • Must be unused
  • Must not be a sale item

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and Phoenix is not liable for any lost parcels during the return process. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service.

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, Phoenix will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us promptly to arrange this.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Sale Items

Please note that sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
