Order Processing

• Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) are usually processed, packaged, and dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
• During busy periods, there may be a short delay but we always aim to dispatch your items as quickly as possible.

Postage & Delivery

All postage rates are calculated in line with our current postal services. At checkout, costs are worked out automatically based on the total weight of your items.

• Yodel 48 Tracked – £4.99 (2–4 business days)
• DHL 24 Tracked – £6.99 (1–2 business days)
• 30KG+ parcels – £12.98
