Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are usually processed, packaged, and dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• During busier periods, there may be a short delay in dispatching standard orders but we always aim to send your items as quickly as possible.

Postage & Delivery

• All postage rates are calculated in line with Royal Mail’s standard weight policies. At checkout, costs are worked out automatically based on the total weight of your items.
• Standard delivery is via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked (estimated 2–5 working days).
• If you require Next Day Delivery, please contact us directly on 01283 550361 and we’ll do our best to arrange this for you.

International Orders

• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time.
